NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Manica Group's New Product Development Services offers clients the opportunity to execute and develop innovative products with the help of our in-house Research and Development Department. Services are provided by global professionals with an expertise in finance, design, engineering, production, industry trends, technical and market competition risks, product safety, testing, and production feasibility.  Our New Product Development members monitor the development of O.E.M. and O.D.M. projects to ensure they are carried out in a swift manner while safeguarding the security of Intellectual Properties.  The purpose of New Product Development Services is to provide customers with innovative products based on years of experience, market research, and engineering capabilities.

PROTOTYPING
After initial feasibility research is done, along with early concept designs completed by in-house 3D design engineers or clients, all parts are collected, assembled, and tested.  In its final stage, the new prototypes are submitted for client review and feedback.

UNIT QUOTATIONS

NEW PRODUCT QUOTATION
A quotation for a new product begins with a client's review of a New Product Development Guide (N.P.D.G.) or Working Prototype.  After key features are determined, a new BOMC is created based on current raw material prices.  The final quotation is based on the BOMC, minimum order quantity, and annual volume, including the unit cost, tooling fees, and payment terms.

EXISTING UNIT QUOTATION
The quotation process begins with a review of a sample unit along with the most recent BOMC.  We then analyze engineering, outer design, and shipping specifications in combination with other requests a customer may have.  Again, the final quotation is based on the BOMC, minimum order quantity, and annual volume, including the unit cost, tooling fees, and payment terms.
